A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

A prerequisite for a refund under the right of cancellation is that the goods are returned to us unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
Returns of opened, used, or non-originally packaged goods are excluded from return and reimbursement.
We only accept returns that are unopened and in their original packaging.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Additional Voluntary 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of cancellation, we grant you a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

The 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to orders without bundles (individual products).

The goods (jar) must be unopened, unused, and originally sealed in their original packaging.

Returns under the satisfaction guarantee are only accepted if unopened and in original packaging.

Opened, used, or non-originally packaged products are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee.

The statutory rights of cancellation remain unaffected by this.
